Salary/Pay Rate: to 75,000

We are seeking a Finishing Superintendent for a hi-rise residential tower with one of Miami's premier developer/builders.

Responsibilities:

• Check the quality of the finished interiors match the design drawings
• Schedule the trade contractors to optimize the completion of tasks and minimize conflict
• Monitor the construction progress
• Uphold the company’s reputation for excellent finishes and the on-schedule delivery of finished units
• Maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Strong focus from drywall & rough-in stages to deficiencies and unit hand-over
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, interpreting drawing
• 4+ years of multi-family residential construction experience with a Developer or General Contractor with 2 years in a Finishing Superintendent capacity
• Knowledgeable in interior rough-in & finishing of high-rise construction projects
